  4. Calculate the amount to pay, adding the type of registration and, if applicable, the post-conference activity

FULL PASS:
Includes attendance at the three days of the conference, coffee and snacks, a meal for each day, and attendance at the welcome concert.

DAILY PASS:
It includes attendance on the day you wish to attend, coffee and snacks, and a meal.

ONLINE PASS:
Includes access to all presentations, Q&A sessions, online conversations and joint activities with ICME (to be defined).

REMARKS
Students must present a copy of the documentation proving their status (credential or letter from their institution's letterhead).
ICOM members are requested to present their membership number during registration. Accompanying registration is permitted for fully registered participants.

REFUND
A full refund of the conference fee is possible for cancellations before 01/MAY/2024. The refund will be considered at the exchange rate of your payment date. A cancellation fee of 50% will be applied for cancellations between 31/MAY/2024.
Cancellations after 01/JUN/2024 will not be refunded. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another person by notifying the organizing committee promptly at the following email address: cimcim2024@gmail.com
